Job summary

IPEX is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for the Pineville, NC PVC facility. The role reports to Production Supervisor and focuses on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while running extrusion equipment to produce PVC pipe.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong measurement skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a 7% shift premium and a bi‑weekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; basic math and measurement skills required.
• Experience with measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, micrometers) preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or plastics experience is an asset.

This role reports to the Production Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.**Pay & Schedule:*** Pay Rate: $25.89 an hour + a 7% Shift Premium* Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM* Bi-weekly pay**Job Summary:**We're seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while operating extrusion equipment used to produce PVC pipe.
