IPEX is seeking a Grinder Operator at our Pineville, NC facility. You will operate production equipment safely, maintain quality, and follow environmental and company policies. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Offered benefits include a 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision coverage, and a plant bonus program. Shift: 12 hours (6:30 PM–6:30 AM), four on/four off, with bi-weekly pay.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies
• Wear required PPE and participate in safety programs
• Report safety concerns, hazards, and incidents promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Attend required meetings and training sessions
• Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
