Job summary

IPEX is seeking a Grinder Operator at our Pineville, NC facility. You will operate production equipment safely, maintain quality, and follow environmental and company policies. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grinder Operator to join our team at our Pineville 2 Molding Plant, Pineville, NC. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay Rate: $24.76 an hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM
• Bi-weekly pay
