Job summary

IPEX is seeking a Grinder Operator for our Pineville, NC facility to join a safety-focused, detail-oriented manufacturing team. The role reports to the Process Supervisor and offers a 12-hour shift schedule (4 days on, 4 days off) with bi-weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment safely, maintaining quality and productivity, and adhering to all safety policies. On-the-job training is provided and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grinder Operator to join our team at our Pineville 2 Molding Plant, Pineville, NC. This role reports to the Process Supervisor and is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $24.76 an hour
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
