Job summary

CASINO APACHE TRAVEL CENTER is seeking a Cook – Action Station for all Food & Beverage Outlets. You will prepare all food items per prep list and recipes, maintain sanitation, and interact with guests following IMGR&C hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, checking freshness and temperatures, ensuring proper FIFO, and coordinating with supervisors to meet production needs and event goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or six months to one year job-related experience; or equivalent.
• Must supply own working tools.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference; bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to prep list and recipes daily.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary station area.
• Operates kitchen equipment in assigned station.
• Inspects freshness, expiration dates and temperatures.
• Uses proper rotation technique of First in-First Out.
• Reports any food/beverage not of usable quality to Supervisor before discarding.
• Checks stock on a daily basis and rotates products.
