Job summary

Cimarron Casino Enterprise is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for masterful culinary workstation standards and efficient line operation on a scheduled shift. Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred with 1–2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
Ability to read, interpret safety rules and manuals; basic math skills.
Willingness to pass background check and drug test; bondable.

Responsibilities

Prepares, seasons, finishes, and garnishes all food in kitchen preparation in accordance with established recipes.
Follows all recipes, specs, and control procedures.
Maintains a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with Federal Health Regulations.
Performs as a team member with cooks, dishwashers, supervisors, managers, servers, utilities, and casino staff to ensure smooth operation on a scheduled shift.
Promotes an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests and demonstrates mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees.
