Job summary

Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Cook – Action Station to prepare hot and cold items for all Food & Beverage outlets. You will follow station guidelines, interact with guests, and coordinate with the Lead/Sous Chef.

Responsibilities include preparing items from prep lists, maintaining a clean workstation, rotating stock, and using proper cooking techniques while upholding IMGR&C hospitality standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or six months to one year job-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educational and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food items according to prep list and recipes daily.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary station area.
• Operates kitchen equipment in assigned station.
• Inspects freshness, expiration dates and temperatures.
• Uses proper rotation technique of First in-First Out.
• Reports any food/beverage not of usable quality to Supervisor(s) before discarding.
