Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Cook – Action Station to prepare items for all Food & Beverage outlets. You will follow station prep lists, operate kitchen equipment, and keep your area clean and organized.

Interact with guests professionally and maintain high hospitality standards under supervision. Responsibilities include production support, temperature checks, and teamwork to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
• Ability to follow prep lists and recipes.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and HACCP basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items according to prep lists and recipes for the Action Station.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary station area and proper food temperatures.
• Operate kitchen equipment assigned to the station.
• Assist with production needs as requested by supervisors.
• Interact with guests professionally and follow hospitality standards.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and participate in events as needed.
