• Know the menu and daily features to ensure correct cooking and presentation.
• Follow the Huddle House steps of service with each guest.
• Practice all safety rules for food handling and cash security.
• Perform prepping and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Control waste and ensure proper portioning.
