• Know the menu and daily features and ensure correct cooking and presentation
• Follow service steps to maximize shift sales
• Follow safety, food handling, cash security and restaurant policies
• Perform prep and cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor
• Help control food cost through waste and portion control
