Job summary

Genghis Grill in Arlington, TX is seeking a Grill Master / Cook / Prep / Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on preparing a variety of hot and cold menu items, following recipes, and upholding food safety standards.

You will set up stations, follow prep sheets, maintain cleanliness, minimize waste, and work to deliver high quality food on a timely basis. Must meet safety certifications and be able to multitask and lift up to 50 lb; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must know cooking techniques and equipment.
• Must know sanitation and safety procedures.
• Work areas and food storage must be kept clean and safe.
