Genghis Grill in Fort Worth is seeking a Grill Master / Cook/ Prep/ Dish to accurately and efficiently prepare a variety of hot and cold menu items following recipes and safety standards.

The role requires setting up stations, following prep sheets, minimizing waste, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. Candidates should be 18+, with knowledge of cooking techniques, sanitation, and safety, and be able to multitask on a busy line.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Must multitask and work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Follow a written prep sheet to prepare all required items for service.
