Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Restaurant experience in a kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grill premium steaks, chicken, pork and seafood with skill.
• Assist in inventory tracking and labeling of ingredients.
• Prepare meats by cleaning and cutting prime cuts and other prep tasks.
• Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely meal delivery.
• Follow all food health and safety guidelines.
