Qualifications

• Previous 1-year of prep line and cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customer and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portions.
• Maintains clean and safe work areas and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports information to supervisor.
