Sodexo at the Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville, is seeking a Grill Cook to join our food service team. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items with a focus on quality and customer service.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility with varying shifts. You’ll work with grill stations and kitchen equipment, follow recipes, and help minimize waste while maintaining a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related grill/cook experience preferred.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Able to work flexible shifts and be on time.
• Team-oriented and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and events.
• Read and measure ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment.
• Attend shifts on time and support client requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
