Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation, completing orders from steam tables and serving at multiple stations.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner, maintaining proper temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Follows ticket-collection procedures and maintains records for the period worked.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Cares for and transports pans, kettles and trays safely between workstations.
• Stores foods with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
