Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers efficiently and ensures correct temperatures and appealing presentation.
• Uses established procedures for ticket collection and records from service periods.
• Maintains proper portion control and uses approved recipes.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings.
