Description

The Grill Cook is primarily responsible for leading the culinary team in daily food preparation, ensuring adherence to the "Standard of Excellence" in flavors, presentation, recipe compliance, and portioning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Preparation: Manage daily prep, ensure proper food packaging, and oversee service and special events.
  2. Quality: Maintain high standards in food quality and timely communication.
  3. Development: Stay updated on food trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
  4. Maintenance: Oversee kitchen organization, inventory, and ordering.
