• We are hiring immediately for a full time PREP COOK position.
• Location: Reynolds & Reynolds - 2405 County Line Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous food prep experience and cook experience are preferred but not required. Willing to train.
  *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
• Pay Range: $17.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers according to standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
