• We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Bio Merieux Hazelwood - 595 Anglum Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; more details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to standards to ensure high-quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensure food quality and temperature, taste all items.
• Use established procedures for order collection, record keeping during service.
• Follow recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, follow safety and rotation procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns, report relevant issues to supervisor.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
