Job Opening: Grill Cook (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We have an opening for full-time and part-time GRILL COOK positions at the National Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, VA. Online applications are accepted only.

• Location: National Air and Space Museum, 14390 Air and Space Museum Parkway, Chantilly, VA 20151
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days may vary, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; must be able to work weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirements & Perks

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

• Take customer orders, prepare items, serve at multiple stations.
• Serve efficiently and friendly, ensure food quality and temperature, taste all items.
• Use ticket procedures, maintain records.
• Follow recipes, standards, and safety procedures.
• Handle food safely, store properly, sanitize work areas.
• Resolve customer concerns, attend safety meetings, maintain good relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
