We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position.

Location: Ally - 2911 Lake Vista Drive, Lewisville, TX 75067

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. No holidays or late nights. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Customer service and high-volume experience required. Must be a team player.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Uses ticket-collection procedures and maintains records.
4. Uses approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transfers food safely between workstations and storage areas.
6. Stores foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues to supervisors.
9. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
