Job Description for Grill Cook at Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full-time GRILL COOK position at Fed Ex Indy, located at 6648 South Perimeter Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: Prior grill cook experience is required. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Pay Range: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders, prepare items, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food quality and temperature.
• Follow ticket procedures and maintain records.
• Use recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between stations.
• Store foods properly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Address customer concerns and report issues.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
