• We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Mary Kay - 16251 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Days may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous culinary experience required.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in compliance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare items, and serve at multiple stations.
• Serve efficiently and courteously, ensuring correct temperature and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Follow ticket-collection procedures, maintain records.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Transport food safely between workstations.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Address customer concerns and report to supervisors.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Work safely and maintain a clean environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
