Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service according to standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Take customer orders, prepare items requiring short prep, complete orders from steam tables, serve at multiple stations.
2. Serve customers efficiently and friendly, ensure food quality, proper temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
3. Follow ticket-collection procedures, maintain records during service.
4. Use recipes and standards for quality, temperature, and portion control.
5. Transport food safely between workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
6. Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
8. Address customer concerns and report to supervisor.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Work safely and keep the environment clean.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
