Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time GRILL COOK positions.
• Location: Exyte - 9000 South Gigabit Lane, Boise, ID 83716. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 2:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: 2 years of previous high-volume culinary experience preferred.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station according to federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Take orders and prepare items requiring short preparation times. Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty. Taste all prepared food items.
• Use established ticket-collection procedures during service and maintain records from the area worked.
• Follow approved recipes and standards to ensure proper quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Transport pans, kettles, and trays safely to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Store foods properly, following safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
• Address customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisors.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Perform duties safely, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
