Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Grill Cook to maintain high quality standards and consistently deliver exceptional dishes in a team-driven kitchen. You will be responsible for accurate preparation, portion control, and adherence to our safety and sanitation policies.

This role requires a minimum of two years in kitchen prep and line cooking, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and strong communication with managers and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in kitchen preparation and line cooking.
• Positive energy, team-oriented, and willing to assist fellow staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine for guests, adhering to standards and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area and equipment.
• Closes the kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist for stations; assists others in closing.
• Reports shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef.
