Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Grill Cook to uphold our high standards in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen. You’ll prepare, stock and maintain quality dishes while following portion sizes, cooking methods and safety rules.

You should have at least two years of line cook experience, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays in a dynamic environment with room to grow within IRHG.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' kitchen prep and line cook experience.
• Positive energy, team player.
• Must read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Able to communicate with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high-quality cuisine following standards and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to regulations.
• Closes the kitchen per closing checklist and assists others.
• Promptly report shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
