Job Summary

Under the supervision of the shift lead and concession manager, the concession cook prepares food and assists during events. The cook should follow proper cooking and holding procedures to maintain quality and freshness.

Responsibilities:

• Operate kitchen utensils and equipment efficiently in concession stands
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following PSC and Health Department guidelines
• Follow assigned menu builds
• Take pride in your work, resolve issues, and assist coworkers

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate industrial kitchen equipment
• Ability to work independently

Qualifications:

• Willingness to obtain a food handler's permit if needed
• Previous cooking experience is a plus
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
