Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant cooking and prep.
• Knowledge of steak doneness and temperatures.
• Seasoning, searing and grilling meat to spec.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Cook steaks to requested temperatures and maintain quality.
• Season meat, sear and grill to perfection.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in all tasks.
• Operate kitchen equipment and read prep sheets.
• Demonstrate teamwork to support the line.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
