1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, seeks an experienced Enterprise System Integration consultant to modernize and integrate grid and OT platforms. You will work on SCADA, OMS, DMS, ADMS, and DERMS deployments within utility OT environments, including testing, validation, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Demonstrated enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Ability to independently solve problems that require adaptation of standard techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments.
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical consulting and system integration activities for grid and OT platforms.
• Configure, test, and support deployment of grid management systems such as SCADA, OMS, DMS, ADMS, and DERMS.
• Implement and validate distribution applications including power flow, state estimation, FLISR, VVO, and DER integration.
• Perform system configuration, parameter tuning, and data validation for reliability.
• Analyze OT system data and workflows to identify issues and optimize.
• Execute system testing, commissioning, and cutover activities (functional and integration).
• Defect triage, remediation support, and go-live stabilization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and interface specs.
• Participate in requirements definition and technical workshops.
• Support integration between OT systems and enterprise platforms.
• Provide root cause analysis and troubleshooting for grid apps.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, cybersecurity, and PMs to meet standards.
