Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field and 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading client-facing grid modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of OT/IT integration and enterprise integration architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, integration, and implementation of utility OT/IT systems such as SCADA, EMS, OMS, DMS, ADMS, DERMS, AMI, GIS.
Develop integration architectures using APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms; define future-state roadmaps.
Guide project delivery lifecycle from design to production support; mentor junior staff.
Collaborate with executives, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with standards and cybersecurity.
