Job summary

Burns & McDonnell seeks an Analyst to support grid system and OT integration engagements for electric utility clients. This early‑career role builds technical depth in grid operations, utility systems, and enterprise/OT implementations, collaborating with Consultants and Architects across configuration, testing, and documentation.

You’ll assist with SCADA/OMS/DMS/ADMS/DERMS deployment, data validation, testing, and client meetings, contributing to project records, training materials, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, CS or MIS required.
• 2–5 years of applicable experience preferred.
• Internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of grid management systems (SCADA, OMS, DMS, ADMS, DERMS).
• Assist with data collection, process documentation, and technical notes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and user guides.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
• Support project execution activities including task tracking and status updates.
