Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking an Analyst to support grid system and OT integration engagements for electric utility clients. This early‑career role builds technical depth in grid operations, utility systems, and enterprise/OT implementations.

You will work with Consultants and Architects on analysis, configuration support, testing, and documentation across grid modernization programs, with opportunities to learn from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, CS or MIS (or related field).
• Years of experience may be substituted for degree.
• Internship or related consulting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge in implementation technologies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Authorized to work permanently in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support grid and OT systems configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with data collection, processing, and documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops with senior staff.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and training materials.
• Support testing, commissioning, and defect tracking activities.
• Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and cybersecurity team members.
