Terralayr is seeking a Grid Strategy & Access Lead to enhance our grid access strategy and ensure effective collaboration with DSOs and TSOs. This role requires an understanding of grid outcomes, from optimizing connection capacity to improving project lifecycle efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in utilities or renewable energy, an electrical engineering degree, and strong communication skills in both technical and commercial contexts.

Qualificações

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a utility or renewable energy developer.
• Strong expertise in grid connection and power systems.

• Identify attractive connection opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights supporting project selection.
