Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Director of Sales to lead market entry and the execution of MSAs for grid-scale DC-block systems. This leadership role requires building strong relationships with utilities, IPPs, and hyperscalers while aligning with Ford Energy's strategic objectives.

You will drive commercial strategy, ownership of the customer journey from first engagement to commissioning, and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and EPC partners to structure competitive, risk-managed deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of sales experience; 4+ years in BESS/renewables.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy and pipeline for DC-block commercial systems.
• Manage full lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution.
• Lead negotiations of MSAs and LTSAs.
• Bridge customer engineering with R&D and influence product roadmap.
• Monitor regulatory shifts and domestic content requirements.
