Job summary

Ford Energy, a Ford Motor Company subsidiary, seeks a Director of Sales to lead market entry and execution for grid-scale DC-block systems. You will own the commercial strategy, manage major utility and IPP relationships, and drive multi-gigawatt-hour MSAs.

This hunter-leader role requires deep industry networks and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Legal, and Treasury. Location: remote-friendly in the US; travel to key sites in the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business.
• 8+ years of sales experience.
• 4+ years in Battery Energy Storage or Renewable Energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales strategy for DC-block commercial systems.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead to contract.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs and LTSA agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and EPC partners on deals.
• Provide technical input on DC/AC, EMS, and TCO.
