Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in electrical utility engineering; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the distribution system using AFR, LVM, and DER forecasting for operators.
• Serve as SME in ADMS, SCADA, DER dispatching, energy storage, and microgrids.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and engineering to ensure DMS functionality and upgrades.
• Develop project approvals: need statement, scope, technical solutions, risks, budget, schedule.
• Engage with external partners to share grid modernization best practices.
