Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Supv, Field Work Mgmt Ops (LC) to supervise long-cycle Work Management and coach planners and support staff. You will ensure work is prepared for execution, manage readiness, and escalate risks affecting schedule reliability, resource utilization and customer commitments.

In this onsite role in Arkansas, you will partner with multiple departments to optimize resource plans, drive standardized processes, and support storm response and outage restoration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent utility operations experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible utility operations, planning, or field operations experience.
• Strong understanding of long-cycle Work Management principles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise long-cycle Work Management personnel, including Planners and support roles, with leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Lead work identification, planning, readiness, backlog management, capacity planning, forecasting, and schedule readiness.
• Monitor planning performance, readiness, backlog health, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee work package quality, material and permit readiness, outage coordination, and execution readiness for safe field work.
