Job summary

Michael's Toyota of Bellevue is seeking a Service Greeter to provide a warm welcome and schedule appointments onsite in Bellevue, WA. You will determine the nature of each visit and escort customers to the right department, while coordinating with staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Successful candidates will have 1+ year in customer service, comfortable with computers, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred.
• Confidence in customer service engagement.
• Working knowledge of computers and technology.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and welcome the client when they arrive.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of Michael's Toyota.
• Determine the nature of our client's visit and escort the client to the appropriate department/area.
• Provide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide exceptional service.
• Provide administrative support to the staff.
• Maintain client refreshments and waiting areas.

Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Service Greeter Pay: $18-$19 hourly Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts. We will discuss exact days at the interview. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods. Department Hours: 7 am to 7 pm Monday-Saturday and 8 am to 5 pm on Sunday. This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.

The earning range in this role is $18 to $19 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
