Job summary

Lithia Toyota of Missoula is hiring an Express Lube Advisor on a Monday through Friday schedule with a commission-based pay plan and earnings estimate of $60k–$90k per year. You will welcome clients, assess their needs, and coordinate with the Estimator to ensure smooth service flow and accurate cost documentation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers and team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Typing and basic computer skills to enter repair orders.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients when they arrive
• Determine the nature of the client's visit
• Inform the Estimator of the client's arrival
• Order Parts
• Write POs and invoices
• Schedule appointments for our Estimator via email, phone, and in person
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas
• Maintain a consistent level of communication with our Estimators and Managers

What You'll Do
