Priority Toyota Chesapeake is seeking a Service Greeter to welcome customers and guide them to the right service advisor. You will help manage vehicle flow, communicate arrivals, and answer basic questions about services in a fast-paced, busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive at the service drive with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Greet customers promptly and direct them to the appropriate service advisor.
• Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane for efficient check-in.
• Communicate arrival information to service advisors and staff.
• Answer basic questions and provide information about dealership services.
• Escort customers to waiting areas and ensure comfort during visits.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and support staff to deliver a great experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area.
• Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles as needed.
• Support the service team with administrative tasks as assigned.
• Promote a positive dealership image through hospitality and professionalism.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and company policies.

What You’ll Do
