Job summary

Alhambra Golf Course in Alhambra, CA is seeking a Part-Time Greenskeeper to join the golf course maintenance team. The ideal candidate will assist with landscaping, mowing, irrigation, and upkeep to maintain a pristine course and an excellent player experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as necessary.
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Compensation:

$16.90 - $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.
