Job summary

Mulhall's Nursery, Inc. seeks a Greenhouse Pro Sales Rep to own relationships with Pro customers, help select plants, and stage orders. You’ll work with the Greenhouse team to ensure timely fulfillment and provide excellent service to Pros throughout the buying journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pro customer relationship and assist in selecting plants.
• Stage orders and prepare them for shipment or pickup.
• Collaborate with Merchandising + Pro Sales teams to meet Pro needs.
• Lead daily Master Pick List alignment and order readiness.
• Be a go-to training resource for the Greenhouse team.
