Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude under pressure.
• Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right plants and products.
• Champion defined processes and provide task delegation for the Greenhouse and focus area.
• Oversee daily tasks, projects, and deliveries during peak season.
• Maintain signage and pricing accuracy in the Garden Supplies area.
