Job summary

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Ontario with room to expand into neighboring territories.
• Target commercial growers, horticultural cooperatives, and agri-food operators
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts, from initial outreach through site visits, quotes, negotiations, and deal closing
• Conduct in-person consultations to assess client needs, present greenhouse structure options, and recommend integrated equipment solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline in CRM tools, ensuring rigorous follow-up at every stage of the sales cycle
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop accurate quotes and estimates for complex projects
• Represent Harnois Greenhouses at trade shows, horticultural industry events, and agricultural associations within the territory
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform territory strategy
• Position Harnois Greenhouses with key decision-makers at growing operations of all sizes
