Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for the Northeast USA with room to expand.
• Target commercial growers, horticultural cooperatives, and agri-food operators.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts from outreach through site visits and quotes.
• Conduct in-person consultations to assess client needs and present equipment solutions.
• Maintain a strong CRM pipeline with rigorous follow-up at every sales stage.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management to develop accurate quotes.
• Represent Harnois Greenhouses at trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform territory strategy.
