Job summary

Sunswell Greens is looking for a Greenhouse Maintenance Technician at our Punta Gorda, FL facility. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing greenhouse equipment to ensure efficient operations. The role requires experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or maintenance role, preferably in a greenhouse or agricultural setting.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and greenhouse automation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair greenhouse equipment including pumps, fans, and hydroponic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
