Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator – Greenhouse to support greenhouse operations during a transition period. The role closes out health and safety items, coordinates vendors and contractors, performs general maintenance, and maintains the property for safe, full operation.

The incumbent manages a punch list, performs minor repairs and grounds work, and coordinates outside trades on-site. This is a temporary, on-site role reporting to the Senior Director of Cultivation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in facilities support, property maintenance, groundskeeping, building trades, or a related field.
• Hands-on and mechanically inclined, with demonstrated comfort using hand and power tools and performing basic repairs and general maintenance work.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively across vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Able to manage a punch list independently — setting priorities, tracking owners and due dates, and keeping multiple open items moving with minimal oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment about what to elevate and what can be resolved directly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single, organized punch list of open health and safety items with owners and due dates.
• Drive open items to completion by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and site staff.
• Document completed work with photos, invoices, and inspections for records.
• Escalate items requiring management decision or expenditure.
• Ensure safety hazards and unsafe conditions are reported and mitigated.
