Job summary

Theuniversityunion is seeking a Facilities Coordinator – Greenhouse to support the greenhouse operation during a transition period. This on-site role coordinates vendors, contractors, and inspections, performs basic maintenance, and ensures safety compliance to support a timely reopening and stable operations.

The position is temporary, non-exempt, and reports to the Senior Director of Cultivation. It requires hands-on work, attention to safety, and meticulous recordkeeping to maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in facilities support or related field.
• Hands-on and mechanically inclined with basic repair skills.
• Ability to coordinate across vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a punch list of open health and safety items with owners and due dates.
• Schedule, escort, and monitor vendors and contractors on site; verify scope and invoices.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance to keep the property in safe condition.
• Provide regular status updates to the Senior Director of Cultivation and team.
